Claudine's Bread

There is no better accompaniment to a bowlful of nourishing soup or stew than a thick piece of toasted bread slathered with butter, right? With this bread from our friend Claudine, fellow Oakland chef and owner of Cooking Claudine, another great local meal delivery service, you can have that but without the gluten or dairy. This bread is so delicious that even if you're not GF or DF, we know you'll love it. We finished it in my home in 1 day and my toddler devoured it!
