Miso Broth (Water, Brown Miso, White Miso, Shiitake Mushrooms, Kombu), Tofu, Bok Choy, Shiitake Mushrooms, Seaweed, GingerGluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Contains Soy
Keep stew pouch frozen until ready to eat. Stew will stay good in the freezer for approximately 3 months. To defrost: thaw overnight in the fridge or submerge pouch in warm water, then heat stew on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. DO NOT place pouch directly in the microwave. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
