The flavors of this stew are inspired by the soups I've had in Yemenite Jewish restaurants in Tel Aviv. 100% grass-fed beef is simmered in a fragrant beef broth with cardamom, cumin, turmeric, and coriander. Baby turnips, Yukon gold potatoes, pearl onions, and green bell peppers are added for a stew that is hearty and delicious with an absolutely unique flavor!

Grass-Fed Beef, Potatoes, Baby Turnips, Green Peppers, Pearl Onions, Beef Bone Broth, Tomato, Garlic, Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, Olive OilGluten-Free, Dairy-Free
Keep stew pouch frozen until ready to eat. Stew will stay good in the freezer for approximately 3 months. To defrost: thaw overnight in the fridge or submerge pouch in warm water, then heat stew on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. DO NOT place pouch directly in the microwave. Once thawed, enjoy within 5 days.
